To keep you well informed on health issues, I’m pleased to announce my first guest post by Virginia Hopkins. Ms. Hopkins was in the fourth class of Yale accepting women and graduated with her BA in 1976 and went on to receive a masters degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
Over more than twenty years she’s now settled into a comfortable and competent niche as an alternative health medical writer and editor focusing on women's health and nutrition. Virginia has either written, co-authored or ghostwritten 24 books including Prescription Alternatives: How to Get Off the Drug Treadmill and Restore Your Health (Keats, 1998); bestseller, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause (Warner 1996) with John R. Lee, MD, and What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause (Warner 1999).
